Returns Policy

1. When returns are possible

A return is only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

• The packaging is unopened and undamaged;
• The seal is intact;
• You notify the return within 14 days of receipt;
• The product has been stored under the required storage conditions.

For safety, quality and traceability reasons we cannot accept returns if:

• the original seal, vial cap, pen cap or packaging has been opened, broken or removed;
• the product has been used, reconstituted, mixed, handled or in any way altered;
• the product shows signs of contamination, temperature damage or mishandling;
• the batch number, label, QR code or packaging has been removed, altered or made unreadable.

Peptides and reagents are temperature-sensitive and often sterile or single-use. Once the seal is broken or the cold chain is interrupted, the product can no longer be verified or resold, which is why sealed products are non-returnable from that moment.

2. Transport damage or incorrect product

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or is something missing? Report this within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos to support@teddypeps.nl. We will replace or refund at no cost. Eligible cases include:

• visible transport damage that affects the product;
• the wrong product or variant was delivered;
• leaked, broken or otherwise compromised primary packaging upon arrival.

3. How to request a return

1. Fill in the form below or email support@teddypeps.nl with your order number, the reason for return and clear photos of the product, seal and packaging.
2. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions within 2 business days. Wait for our approval before sending anything back.
3. Return the product in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, using a tracked and sufficiently stamped shipping method.
4. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method.

4. Refunds

Approved returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. If the product is returned unopened, in original condition and within the required timeframe, the purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or transport damage.

5. Return shipping costs

The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer, unless Teddy Peps has confirmed that the return is due to a damaged, incorrect or defective shipment. Use a tracked shipping method; we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
